Juno Workshop

Juno Prime Mission Workshop on Key Magnetospheric & Auroral Findings

October 10-14, 2022

Southwest Research Institute

Synopsis: Juno is preparing for a major milestone—a comprehensive review of Juno’s prime mission and our evolving understanding of Jupiter’s auroras and magnetosphere. The main topics will be: 1) auroral structuring & dynamics; 2) magnetosphere-ionosphere coupling; 3) moon interactions w/ emphasis on footprint aurora; 4) dawn + polar magnetopause; 5) equatorial magnetosphere & dynamics, and 6) radiation belts.
